As Project Manager, Jeff leads the entire project operation through planning, estimating, purchasing and construction in addition to coordinating and collaborating with the project team, including the owner, architect and consultants. With over thirty years’ experience in commercial, high-end residential, municipal and industrial infrastructure projects, Jeff’s experience includes project management and estimating for mechanically involved programs for public and private clients, in addition to various complex commercial and residential programs. His experience includes multiple commercial and residential projects utilizing various contracting methods such as Construction Management at risk with guaranteed maximum price, Lump Sum and Design-Build.
