J2Construct has been selected as the construction manager for The Pell Hotel, formerly the Ramada (and Forest Trail) on East Main Road in Middletown. This 122 room project will provide a full refresh and modernization of the facility working closely with A4 Architecture and GRJ LLC. More updates to come.
